TBEX 2012 Keynote: Christopher Baker’s Road Wage

The closing keynote for TBEX 2012, presented by Christopher Baker.

Christopher P. Baker—the Lowell Thomas Award 2008 ‘Travel Journalist of the Year’—is one of the world’s most multi-talented and successful travel writers & photographers. Born and educated in England, he has authored more than 20 books for Frommer’s, Lonely Planet, Moon, National Geographic, etc., including Mi Moto Fidel: Motorcycling Through Castro’s Cuba, winner of two national book awards. His writing and photography have appeared in more than 200 international publications as far-ranging as Caribbean Travel & Life, Elle, Maxim, National Geographic Traveler, National Wildlife, Newsweek, The Robb Report, and CNN Go. In this keynote presentation, he talks about how he does all of that.

The 4th annual Travel Bloggers Exchange conference was held this year in Keystone Colorado. With roughly 700 attendees, 22 speakers, and large quantity of wifi – it made for a pretty great weekend.
